Welcome and thank you for taking some time out of your busy schedule to visit with me. My name is David Leal and it is my sincere hope to meet with you to find out more about you, your family, your interests and your needs and wants in a home.

You see, a home does not become your home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how it makes you feel when you walk through the front door and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. A home is not just about real estate, it is about your life and your dreams.

Being a homeowner myself as well as a real estate investor, I am intimately familiar with the complexities of a real estate transaction. My last name LEAL is Spanish, meaning LOYAL. I take this value very seriously because it is part of who I am as a husband, father and real estate professional. I have developed an acronym for LEAL to better share with you what I am all about.
